<p>The parties to this rental agreement are:<br/>
<strong>Nyenrode Services B.V.</strong>, legally established in (3621 BG) Breukelen on Straatweg 25, hierna te noemen
<strong>"Landlord"</strong>, with legal representation in this case by: <strong>Nyenrode Services B.V.</strong>, and <xsl:value-of select="FCLT_F_NAAM"/>, SAN-/studentnummer: <strong><xsl:value-of select="$studnr"/></strong>, hereinafter to be referred to as: <strong>"Tenant".</strong></p>
<p><u>Whereas:</u>
<ul>
<li>The Tenant is a student at Universiteit Nyenrode B.V., hereinafter to be referred to as <strong>“Nyenrode”</strong>, and is registered under number <xsl:value-of select="$studnr"/> for the course <xsl:value-of select="FCLT_F_OPLEIDING"/>;</li>
<li>For its students on its campus, Nyenrode offers campus apartments, either with or without a kitchenette, hereinafter referred to as <strong>a Campusappartment”</strong>, via its wholly owned affiliate Nyenrode Services B.V., the Landlord, subject to the conditions elaborated further in this rental agreement;</li>
<li>Student wishes to be eligible for the rental of a Campus Apartment on the basis of those conditions;</li>
<li>Nyenrode c.q. the Landlord is willing to grant the student access to its campus as a temporary resident for the duration of his/her study at Nyenrode and has a Campus Apartment available for this;</li>
<li>With regard to the student's choice between a Campus Apartment with or without a kitchenette, the Landlord is dependent on availability, which correlates with the inflow and outflow of students throughout the year at Nyenrode, depending on the start and duration of the various courses and studies;</li>
<li>In the event of any disputes concerning the occupation, temporary residence or departure from the Campus Apartment, the Landlord unambiguously chooses domicile (official address) at the address of the Campus Apartment.</li>
</ul>
</p>
<p>Agree as follows:</p>
<h4>Article 1 Rental, the Rented Object, the purpose</h4>
<ol>
<li>This rental agreement relates to a room with accessories and fittings located on the Nyenrode campus and allocated by the Landlord (depending on the campus occupancy rate), which is to be occupied by the Tenant either alone or together with another tenant/co-student.</li>
<li>At the start of this agreement, the Landlord has given the Tenant room <b>to rent

<li>The parties shall record the condition of the Rented Object at the start of the rental period in an official report of delivery (also to be referred to as: "the Inventory Form", which can be downloaded via https://nybu.facilitor.nl/cust/nybu/saml)..</li>
<li>The Rented Object is intended to serve solely as temporary living space for the Tenant. The Tenant is forbidden to grant complete or partial use of the Rented Object to third parties, to sublet it or to withdraw it from its purpose in any other manner whatsoever, unless this involves a partner with whom the Tenant has an affective relationship, such party to be referred to hereinafter as: "a Partner". In the event of a breach of this ban, the Tenant owes an immediately due and payable penalty of €1000 to the Landlord without prejudice to the Landlord's entitlement to complete compensation of damages.</li>
<li>The Rented Object is intended to be used solely as temporary living space by the Tenant himself/herself, along with a Partner, unless the Campus Apartment is occupied by another tenant/co-student with whom the Landlord has concluded a separate rental agreement. The Tenant is not permitted to change the purpose of the Rented Object unilaterally.</li>
<li>The Tenant is aware that the Rented Object is part of a student housing complex intended solely for housing students registered at Nyenrode, as referred to in article 7:274d of the (Dutch) Civil Code and that the campus apartments that are part of the complex, including the Rented Object, shall once again be rented to a student after the termination of the current rental agreement, as referred to in article 7:274d of the Civil Code.</li>

<h4>Article 2 Conditions</h4>
<ol>
<li>The General Terms and Conditions for Housing for the Campus Nyenrode Business Universiteit, hereinafter to be referred to as: <b>“the General Housing Conditions”.</b> are part of this rental agreement. The Tenant has received a copy of these. The General Housing Conditions are generally applicable unless express derogation is made in this rental agreement or unless its applicability with respect to the Rented Object is not possible.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 3 Duration, extension and cancellation</h4>
<ol>
<li>Starting on <strong><xsl:value-of select="LOOPTIJD_VAN"/></strong>, the agreement is concluded for the duration of a phase of the study, at least as long as the Tenant is registered at Nyenrode, and the agreement therefore terminates no later than <strong><xsl:value-of select="LOOPTIJD_TOT"/></strong>, or at any time earlier if the Tenant fails to comply with the requirements placed by Nyenrode on the program of study, or if the Tenant is no longer registered at Nyenrode as a student and follows a (full) daily study program there. The cancellation notice period for the Tenant amounts to 3 (three) months unless Parties conclude a termination agreement. In this latter case, the rental agreement ends on the moment agreed by Parties.</li>
<li>By means of cosigning this rental agreement, a Partner declares his/her familiarity with and agreement with the provisions in this rental agreement, along with the General Housing Conditions. Should this rental agreement with the Tenant be terminated, then a Partner must vacate the Rented Object and keep it vacated, just as the Tenant must do.</li>
<li>Throughout the time period stated in paragraph 1, the Tenant can terminate the agreement prematurely by means of cancellation. Cancellation is possible only as follows:<br/>
<ol type="a">
<li>by means of the notification intended for this via Facilitor or by means of a registered letter;</li>
<li>and with the observance of a cancellation notice period of one 1 (one) month's payment period, in which the Tenant can cancel at any day during the month.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>This article is without prejudice to the provision of article 10 of the General Housing Conditions.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 4 Payment obligation (rent, associated costs and security deposit)</h4>

<li>The total costs are due monthly in advance. </li>
<li>The rental price will be increased annually on July 1 according to a percentage established by the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. The Landlord shall notify the Tenant of the rental price increase in writing in the month of March, immediately prior to the indexation of July 1.</li>
<li>Should any changes occur in (the costs) of the rent and/or associated costs as referred to in article 4, paragraph 2 of this rental agreement, then the Landlord shall adjust the compensation for facilities referred to in this article, and shall do so on the first of the month following the month in which the change in the costs has occurred.
Prior to the adjustment of the compensation referred to in paragraph 2 and as quickly as possible after the Landlord is aware of the change, the Landlord shall notify the Tenant of the new total amount owed by the Tenant.</li>

<li>By signing this rental agreement, the Tenant owes the Landlord a security deposit of €700 for the Rented Object; the Tenant must have paid the security deposit before occupying the Rented Object. The Landlord shall not compensate the Tenant for any interest on this amount.</li>
<li>Upon departure from the Rented Object, a final cleaning shall be performed which will be settled using the security deposit. In the event of relocation within the campus, the final cleaning of the Rented Object shall be charged through with the first subsequent invoice for rent.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 5 Deliveries and services</h4>
<ol>
<li>The costs for the associated deliveries and services consists of costs for: the delivery of gas, electricity, water, cable, computer network and Internet connection, window washing (exterior), along with the cleaning of stoops, stairwells and hallways, (household) waste removal, landscape maintenance, fire extinguishers (maintenance), service team and administration. For furnished rooms (Type A, B, C and F) and for the "t Wachtje" residence available to families, the depreciation costs for the furniture provided will also be settled in the costs for deliveries and services.</li>
<li>The Landlord shall record the actual costs and shall establish a monthly amount each year for the new year. This calculation can be requested for viewing from the Landlord. Parties have agreed that no settlement of these costs shall take place.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 6 Disputes</h4>
<ol>
<li>dispute is said to exist as soon as one party indicates this to the other party by means of registered letter to that party's address.</li>
<li>Parties shall do their utmost to resolve any dispute amicably that has arisen between them; in this regard, the Tenant's full compliance with his/her obligation to paying rent installments (rental price and associated costs) completely and fully and without discount or supplement is part of this, along with informing the Landlord properly and in due time of the date of the termination of the course of study.</li>
<li>If and to the extent a dispute is not resolved amicably, then either party shall bring the dispute before the exclusively competent District Court of the mid-Netherlands, Utrecht location, for consideration under Dutch law.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 7 Manager</h4>

<li>Until the Landlord makes a notification otherwise, then the Landlord's Hospitality and Services department, reachable by telephone at number +31 346291571, shall act as the manager.</li>

<li>Should any changes occur in (the costs) of the rent and/or associated costs as referred to in article 4, paragraph 2 of this rental agreement, then the Landlord shall adjust the compensation for facilities referred to in this article, and shall do so on the first of the month following the month in which the change in the costs has occurred.
Prior to the adjustment of the compensation referred to in paragraph 2 and as quickly as possible after the Landlord is aware of the change, the Landlord shall notify the Tenant of the new total amount owed by the Tenant.

<li>By signing this rental agreement, the Tenant owes the Landlord a security deposit of &#8364;&#160;<xsl:value-of select="format-number(BORG, '#.###,00', 'euro')"/>for the Rented Object; the Tenant must have paid the security deposit before occupying the Rented Object. The Landlord shall not compensate the Tenant for any interest on this amount.</li>
<li>Upon departure from the Rented Object, a final cleaning shall be performed which will be settled using the security deposit. In the event of relocation within the campus, the final cleaning of the Rented Object shall be charged through with the first subsequent invoice for rent.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 5 Deliveries and services</h4>
<ol>
<li>The costs for the associated deliveries and services consists of costs for: the delivery of gas, electricity, water, cable, computer network and Internet connection, window washing (exterior), along with the cleaning of stoops, stairwells and hallways, (household) waste removal, landscape maintenance, fire extinguishers (maintenance), service team and administration. For furnished rooms (Type A, B, C and F) and for the "t Wachtje" residence available to families, the depreciation costs for the furniture provided will also be settled in the costs for deliveries and services.</li>
<li>The Landlord shall record the actual costs and shall establish a monthly amount each year for the new year. This calculation can be requested for viewing from the Landlord. Parties have agreed that no settlement of these costs shall take place.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 6 Disputes</h4>
<ol>
<li>dispute is said to exist as soon as one party indicates this to the other party by means of registered letter to that party's address.</li>
<li>Parties shall do their utmost to resolve any dispute amicably that has arisen between them; in this regard, the Tenant's full compliance with his/her obligation to paying rent installments (rental price and associated costs) completely and fully and without discount or supplement is part of this, along with informing the Landlord properly and in due time of the date of the termination of the course of study.</li>
<li>If and to the extent a dispute is not resolved amicably, then either party shall bring the dispute before the exclusively competent District Court of the mid-Netherlands, Utrecht location, for consideration under Dutch law.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 7 Manager</h4>

<strong>Nyenrode Services B.V.</strong>, legally established in (3621 BG) Breukelen on Straatweg 25, with legal representation in this case by: Mrs. K. Simonis hereinafter to be referred to as: <strong>"Landlord"</strong><br/><br/>
and <strong><xsl:value-of select="FCLT_F_NAAM"/></strong>, SAN-/studentnummer: <strong><xsl:value-of select="$studnr"/></strong>, hereinafter to be referred to as: <strong>"Tenant".</strong></p>
<p><u>Whereas:</u>
<ul>
<li>The Tenant is a student at Universiteit Nyenrode B.V., hereinafter to be referred to as: <strong>“Nyenrode”</strong>, and is registered under number <strong><xsl:value-of select="$studnr"/></strong> for the <strong><xsl:value-of select="FCLT_F_OPLEIDING"/></strong>course;</li>
<li>For its students on its campus, Nyenrode offers campus apartments, either with or without a kitchenette hereinafter referred to as: <strong>“Campus Apartment”</strong>, via its wholly owned affiliate Nyenrode Services B.V., the Landlord, subject to the conditions elaborated further in this rental agreement;;</li>
<li>Student wishes to be eligible for the rental of a Campus Apartment on the basis of those conditions;</li>
<li>Nyenrode c.q. the Landlord is willing to grant the student access to its campus as a temporary resident for the duration of his/her study at Nyenrode and has a Campus Apartment available for this;</li>
<li>With regard to the student's choice between a Campus Apartment with or without a kitchenette, the Landlord is dependent on availability, which correlates with the inflow and outflow of students throughout the year at Nyenrode, depending on the start and duration of the various courses and studies;</li>
<li>In the event of any disputes concerning the occupation, temporary residence or departure from the Campus Apartment, the Landlord unambiguously chooses domicile (official address) at the address of the Campus Apartment.</li>
</ul>
</p>
<p>Agree as follows:</p>
<h4>Article 1 Rental, the Rented Object, the purpose</h4>
<ol>
<li>This rental agreement relates to a room with accessories and fittings located on the Nyenrode campus and allocated by the Landlord (depending on the campus occupancy rate), which is to be occupied by the Tenant either alone or together with another tenant/co-student.</li>
<li>At the start of this agreement, the Landlord has given the Tenant room <b>to rent

<li>The parties shall record the condition of the Rented Object at the start of the rental period in an official report of delivery (also to be referred to as: "the Inventory Form", which can be downloaded via https://nybu.facilitor.nl/cust/nybu/saml)..</li>
<li>The Rented Object is intended to serve solely as temporary living space for the Tenant. The Tenant is forbidden to grant complete or partial use of the Rented Object to third parties, to sublet it or to withdraw it from its purpose in any other manner whatsoever, unless this involves a partner with whom the Tenant has an affective relationship, such party to be referred to hereinafter as: "a Partner". In the event of a breach of this ban, the Tenant owes an immediately due and payable penalty of €1000 to the Landlord without prejudice to the Landlord's entitlement to complete compensation of damages.</li>
<li>The Rented Object is intended to be used solely as temporary living space by the Tenant himself/herself, along with a Partner, unless the Campus Apartment is occupied by another tenant/co-student with whom the Landlord has concluded a separate rental agreement. The Tenant is not permitted to change the purpose of the Rented Object unilaterally.</li>
<li>The Tenant is aware that the Rented Object is part of a student housing complex intended solely for housing students registered at Nyenrode, as referred to in article 7:274d of the (Dutch) Civil Code and that the campus apartments that are part of the complex, including the Rented Object, shall once again be rented to a student after the termination of the current rental agreement, as referred to in article 7:274d of the Civil Code.</li>
</ol>

<h4>Article 2 Conditions</h4>
<ol>
<li>The General Terms and Conditions for Housing for the Campus Nyenrode Business Universiteit, hereinafter to be referred to as: <b>“the General Housing Conditions”.</b> are part of this rental agreement. The Tenant has received a copy of these. The General Housing Conditions are generally applicable unless express derogation is made in this rental agreement or unless its applicability with respect to the Rented Object is not possible.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 3 Duration, extension and cancellation</h4>
<ol>
<li>Starting on <strong><xsl:value-of select="LOOPTIJD_VAN"/></strong>, the agreement is concluded for the duration of a phase of the study, at least as long as the Tenant is registered at Nyenrode, and the agreement therefore terminates no later than <strong><xsl:value-of select="LOOPTIJD_TOT"/></strong>, or at any time earlier if the Tenant fails to comply with the requirements placed by Nyenrode on the program of study, or if the Tenant is no longer registered at Nyenrode as a student and follows a (full) daily study program there. The cancellation notice period for the Tenant amounts to 3 (three) months unless Parties conclude a termination agreement. In this latter case, the rental agreement ends on the moment agreed by Parties.</li>
<li>By means of cosigning this rental agreement, a Partner declares his/her familiarity with and agreement with the provisions in this rental agreement, along with the General Housing Conditions. Should this rental agreement with the Tenant be terminated, then a Partner must vacate the Rented Object and keep it vacated, just as the Tenant must do.</li>
<li>Throughout the time period stated in paragraph 1, the Tenant can terminate the agreement prematurely by means of cancellation. Cancellation is possible only as follows:<br/>
<ol type="a">
<li>by means of the notification intended for this via Facilitor or by means of a registered letter;</li>
<li>and with the observance of a cancellation notice period of one 1 (one) month's payment period, in which the Tenant can cancel at any day during the month.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>This article is without prejudice to the provision of article 10 of the General Housing Conditions.</li>
</ol>

<p>The parties to this rental agreement are:<br/>
<strong>Nyenrode Services B.V.</strong>, legally established in (3621 BG) Breukelen on Straatweg 25, hereinafter to be referred to as "Landlord" and<br/>
<xsl:value-of select="FCLT_F_NAAM"/>, SAN-/studentnummer: <strong><xsl:value-of select="$studnr"/></strong>, hereinafter to be referred to as: "Tenant".</p>
<p><u>Whereas:</u>
<ul>
<li>The Tenant is a student at Universiteit Nyenrode B.V., hereinafter to be referred to as: <strong>“Nyenrode”</strong>, and is registered under number <strong><xsl:value-of select="$studnr"/></strong> for the <strong><xsl:value-of select="FCLT_F_OPLEIDING"/></strong>course;</li>
<li>For its students on its campus, Nyenrode offers campus apartments, either with or without a kitchenette hereinafter referred to as: <strong>“Campus Apartment”</strong>, via its wholly owned affiliate Nyenrode Services B.V., the Landlord, subject to the conditions elaborated further in this rental agreement;;</li>
<li>Student wishes to be eligible for the rental of a Campus Apartment on the basis of those conditions;</li>
<li>Nyenrode c.q. the Landlord is willing to grant the student access to its campus as a temporary resident for the duration of his/her study at Nyenrode and has a Campus Apartment available for this;</li>
<li>With regard to the student's choice between a Campus Apartment with or without a kitchenette, the Landlord is dependent on availability, which correlates with the inflow and outflow of students throughout the year at Nyenrode, depending on the start and duration of the various courses and studies;</li>
<li>In the event of any disputes concerning the occupation, temporary residence or departure from the Campus Apartment, the Landlord unambiguously chooses domicile (official address) at the address of the Campus Apartment.</li>
</ul>
</p>
<p>Agree as follows:</p>
<h4>Article 1 Rental, the Rented Object, the purpose</h4>
<ol>
<li>This rental agreement relates to a room with accessories and fittings located on the Nyenrode campus and allocated by the Landlord (depending on the campus occupancy rate), which is to be occupied by the Tenant either alone or together with another tenant/co-student.</li>
<li>At the start of this agreement, the Landlord has given the Tenant room <b>to rent

</xsl:call-template>, <xsl:value-of select="POSTCODE_KAMER"/> te Breukelen,</b> hereinafter referred to as <b>"the rented object".</b> This concerns a room of the type <xsl:value-of select="ALG_SRTRUIMTE_OMSCHRIJVING"/>.</li>
<li>The parties shall record the condition of the Rented Object at the start of the rental period in an official report of delivery (also to be referred to as: "the Inventory Form", which can be downloaded via https://nybu.facilitor.nl/cust/nybu/saml)..</li>
<li>The Rented Object is intended to serve solely as temporary living space for the Tenant. The Tenant is forbidden to grant complete or partial use of the Rented Object to third parties, to sublet it or to withdraw it from its purpose in any other manner whatsoever, unless this involves a partner with whom the Tenant has an affective relationship, such party to be referred to hereinafter as: "a Partner". In the event of a breach of this ban, the Tenant owes an immediately due and payable penalty of €1000 to the Landlord without prejudice to the Landlord's entitlement to complete compensation of damages.</li>
<li>The Rented Object is intended to be used solely as temporary living space by the Tenant himself/herself, along with a Partner, unless the Campus Apartment is occupied by another tenant/co-student with whom the Landlord has concluded a separate rental agreement. The Tenant is not permitted to change the purpose of the Rented Object unilaterally.</li>
<li>The Tenant is aware that the Rented Object is part of a student housing complex intended solely for housing students registered at Nyenrode, as referred to in article 7:274d of the (Dutch) Civil Code and that the campus apartments that are part of the complex, including the Rented Object, shall once again be rented to a student after the termination of the current rental agreement, as referred to in article 7:274d of the Civil Code.</li>

<h4>Article 2 Conditions</h4>
<ol>
<li>The General Terms and Conditions for Housing for the Campus Nyenrode Business Universiteit, hereinafter to be referred to as: <b>“the General Housing Conditions”.</b> are part of this rental agreement. The Tenant has received a copy of these. The General Housing Conditions are generally applicable unless express derogation is made in this rental agreement or unless its applicability with respect to the Rented Object is not possible.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 3 Duration, extension and cancellation</h4>
<ol>
<li>Starting on <strong><xsl:value-of select="LOOPTIJD_VAN"/></strong>, the agreement is concluded for the duration of a phase of the study, at least as long as the Tenant is registered at Nyenrode, and the agreement therefore terminates no later than <strong><xsl:value-of select="LOOPTIJD_TOT"/></strong>, or at any time earlier if the Tenant fails to comply with the requirements placed by Nyenrode on the program of study, or if the Tenant is no longer registered at Nyenrode as a student and follows a (full) daily study program there. The cancellation notice period for the Tenant amounts to 3 (three) months unless Parties conclude a termination agreement. In this latter case, the rental agreement ends on the moment agreed by Parties.</li>
<li>By means of cosigning this rental agreement, a Partner declares his/her familiarity with and agreement with the provisions in this rental agreement, along with the General Housing Conditions. Should this rental agreement with the Tenant be terminated, then a Partner must vacate the Rented Object and keep it vacated, just as the Tenant must do.</li>
<li>Throughout the time period stated in paragraph 1, the Tenant can terminate the agreement prematurely by means of cancellation. Cancellation is possible only as follows:<br/>
<ol type="a">
<li>by means of the notification intended for this via Facilitor or by means of a registered letter;</li>
<li>and with the observance of a cancellation notice period of one 1 (one) month's payment period, in which the Tenant can cancel at any day during the month.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>This article is without prejudice to the provision of article 10 of the General Housing Conditions.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 4 Payment obligation (rent, associated costs and security deposit)</h4>
<ol>
<li>1. The Tenant's payment obligation consists of:

<li>basic rent;</li>
<li>compensation of the associated costs;</li>

<li>The total costs are due monthly in advance. </li>
<li>The rental price will be increased annually on July 1 according to a percentage established by the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. The Landlord shall notify the Tenant of the rental price increase in writing in the month of March, immediately prior to the indexation of July 1.</li>
<li>Should any changes occur in (the costs) of the rent and/or associated costs as referred to in article 4, paragraph 2 of this rental agreement, then the Landlord shall adjust the compensation for facilities referred to in this article, and shall do so on the first of the month following the month in which the change in the costs has occurred.
Prior to the adjustment of the compensation referred to in paragraph 2 and as quickly as possible after the Landlord is aware of the change, the Landlord shall notify the Tenant of the new total amount owed by the Tenant.
</li>
<li>By signing this rental agreement, the Tenant owes the Landlord a security deposit of €700 for the Rented Object; the Tenant must have paid the security deposit before occupying the Rented Object. The Landlord shall not compensate the Tenant for any interest on this amount.</li>
<li>Upon departure from the Rented Object, a final cleaning shall be performed which will be settled using the security deposit. In the event of relocation within the campus, the final cleaning of the Rented Object shall be charged through with the first subsequent invoice for rent.</li>

<h4>Article 5 Deliveries and services</h4>
<ol>
<li>The costs for the associated deliveries and services consists of costs for: the delivery of gas, electricity, water, cable, computer network and Internet connection, window washing (exterior), along with the cleaning of stoops, stairwells and hallways, (household) waste removal, landscape maintenance, fire extinguishers (maintenance), service team and administration. For furnished rooms (Type A, B, C and F) and for the "t Wachtje" residence available to families, the depreciation costs for the furniture provided will also be settled in the costs for deliveries and services.</li>
<li>The Landlord shall record the actual costs and shall establish a monthly amount each year for the new year. This calculation can be requested for viewing from the Landlord. Parties have agreed that no settlement of these costs shall take place.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 6 Disputes</h4>
<ol>
<li>dispute is said to exist as soon as one party indicates this to the other party by means of registered letter to that party's address.</li>
<li>Parties shall do their utmost to resolve any dispute amicably that has arisen between them; in this regard, the Tenant's full compliance with his/her obligation to paying rent installments (rental price and associated costs) completely and fully and without discount or supplement is part of this, along with informing the Landlord properly and in due time of the date of the termination of the course of study.</li>
<li>If and to the extent a dispute is not resolved amicably, then either party shall bring the dispute before the exclusively competent District Court of the mid-Netherlands, Utrecht location, for consideration under Dutch law.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Article 7 Manager</h4>
<ol>
<li>Until the Landlord makes a notification otherwise, then the Landlord's Hospitality and Services department, reachable by telephone at number +31 346291571, shall act as the manager.</li>
</ol>
